Welcome to our new website! We have been at this facility, north of Houston, Texas for many years with our main goal of creating a safe outlet to the public for horse adoption and horse sales. Over the years we have had several different managers, some good, some great and a few had to be buried in the back pasture. (Just Kidding). One thing over the years we have learned that evaluating the horse is the most important job we do. Our tolerance is very low these days and with a great horse manager like Clay Melton on staff, we have a better chance of culling the horses that are not beginner safe. It is very easy to apply for one of our adoption or regular sale horses and take it home the same day. We can also assist in delivery if you need to transport the horse to any location. We have horses that are in need of a good home, and we also have ready to go broke geldings that need nothing. Every horse that is excepted into the sales program has to pass an extensive riding test. Any horse that does not pass this test will not be offered to the public as a riding horse. The requirement for adoption or sales is very simple and we will explain during the sales process.
We also have a Horse Sponsorship Program that allows you to have a hands on approach and help us with our horse rescues. This program allows anyone to enjoy all of our lesson horses and come out to our facility and help us anytime you wish. Check into this program or call our staff so we can expain how this plan works.
Please consider leasing a horse instead of buying. We have several horse lease options to choose from and also have a “Lease To Own” program and at the end of lease the horse is yours.We also allow visitors to come out anytime and just help staff or come out to learn more about horses, hands on is the only way.
These horses come from all over this state, and many were in a troubled environment in one way or another, and some had no abuse issues in their past. We always step in and do our best to legally remove the animal from any abuse we find them in. You do your part by supplying a new loving home.
