Lease To Own

There are many advantages to leasing a horse under one of our programs, instead of buying. The most common reason a person would lease a horse is that leasing allows you to experience the joys and responsibilities of horse ownership without actually having to buy a horse. If you have never owned a horse this could be a great way to find out if having a horse in your life is all you think it could be. You can stop the lease at anytime or end the lease when you are ready. You can have a horse at the house for the summer and send him back to us for the winter.

If you are a total beginner we can easily show you the basics with a gentle horse. You do not have to own a horse to enjoy a horse anytime you wish. We also have a “Lease to Own” program that has many advantages to owning.

We cater to folks who want to try something new and exciting. We have a simple, affordable horse lease program that can get anyone started in the right direction. Our horse lease program has three different options to choose from.

Plan 1
gives you the option to have the horse at your property during the entire lease, at the end of the lease you own the horse. Also under the above mentioned lease if the horse does not work out you can trade the horse back in for another more suitable animal.

Plan 2
which is just a simple horse lease where the horse comes to your location as long as you need but you never actually own the horse. No problems, the horse may be traded in for another at anytime. Keep the horse a month or two years.

Plan 3
is a lease where the horse stays at our location and this horse is available for you at any time. This lease is actually cheaper than feeding your own horse at your location, and we take care of all hoof care and any medical issues, you pay nothing extra. This is an easy way to see if a horse is right or you or the family. Walk away anytime and we cater totally to beginners or experts.

You can trail ride on a gentle horse or spend the day grooming your personal lease horse, spend one day or come as often as your schedule will allow, you will have complete access.
